Shipping Policy: At Queens Shingar, we strive to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery options, and costs.

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Monday, Tuesday since we are closed). Once your order has shipped depending on location it could take 2-3 business days to receive shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. IF YOU NEED IT EXPEDITED, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE SO WE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS (WE DO HAVE A QUEUE OF ORDERS SO IT WILL HELP US AND YOU TO; GET YOUR PACKAGE ON TIME).

Shipping Costs: Canada & USA: Free standard shipping on all orders.
Express shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.

Customs and Duties
Customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes for orders shipped outside of Canada and US. These fees are not included in the order amount and are charged by the respective country upon delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Items
